REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in new condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Akumasupplies@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions once your request is approved.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
